Nick Warrington BEng (Hons) AIMechE
Legal Assistant and Mechanical Engineer
Nick Warrington joined Moore & Co in 2003 as a Legal Assistant.
Nick has over 7 years experience of working in the construction and engineering industries. This experience was gained working as a Mechanical Project Engineer for a multi-national process plant manufacturer where he became an Associate member of the IMechE. He then gained further experience working as a Project Engineer for a national civil and process engineering contractor, which included commercial and technical issues arising from construction and engineering contracts.
Nick gained a BEng (Hons) in Integrated Engineering and as more recently studied a Diploma in Law (with Commendation) and completed the Legal Practice Certificate (with Distinction).
Nick joined Moore & Co to further his career in construction and engineering law. Since this time, Nick has worked on a number of often major projects and related legal matters involving from drafting of projects documentation and contracts through to and including all forms of dispute resolution via mediation, arbitration, litigation and adjudication. In 2003 Nick commenced his articles as a Trainee Solicitor with Moore & Co. and expects to be admitted as a qualified solicitor with the firm in September 2005.
