Emmet Moore B.A (Hons) PGDip Law MCIArb Emmet studied and gained a BA (Hons) degree in Law at the University of Manchester followed by studying and gaining a Post Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice (LPC) at the College of Law in Guildford. Emmet is presently studying for an MSc/LLM in Construction Law and Arbitration at Aberdeen Business School, Robert Gordons University. Emmet, is also an Associate Lecturer at the Law School of Manchester Metropolitan University and a Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. Since joining the firm, Emmet has worked on a wide variety of matters including pre-contractual advice, litigation and disputes relating to commercial and residential property. In addition, Emmet has worked on a number of often major projects and through to and including all forms of dispute resolution via mediation, arbitration and adjudication. He is looking forward to furthering his experience and career in the specialised area of construction and engineering law.
